What coaching software actually costs you
Drag to your client count. Every platform repriced on the tier that genuinely covers you, with the add-ons you need folded in. Not the headline tier, which is what everyone else quotes.
How this is worked out. For each platform it finds the cheapest tier that actually covers your client count, then adds the add-ons your toggles imply. Trainerize advertises $25, but nutrition and payments are paid extras, so with both switched on it is $110 at that tier. Where a platform charges per client beyond its top published band, the figure is extrapolated at their own published rate and flagged.
Watch the payment fees. Some platforms take a percentage of what your clients pay you, on top of Stripe's own cut. At £4,000 a month of client billing a 5.99% fee is £240 a month, which is more than any subscription on this list. Those are called out on the row.
Currency. Everything is published in USD. GBP and EUR use a rate from {FX['on'] or 'the last collection'}, so treat the converted figures as close rather than exact.
