How the prices get checked
The only thing this site really sells is that its numbers are right. Here is exactly how they are produced, and where the gaps are.
Where the numbers come from
Every price is read from the vendor's own pricing page. Not from a roundup, not from another comparison site, and not from memory. Each row records the URL it came from and the date it was read.
They are re-read every week
A script re-opens all 24 pricing pages weekly and asks one question: is every figure this site quotes still on their page? Anything that has moved gets flagged before you see it. Last full run: 9 Oct 2026.
What the headline price hides
A quoted monthly rate is rarely what you pay. Nutrition, payments and scheduling are separate add-ons on several of these, and three platforms take a percentage of everything you bill through them. Both are included in the figure you are shown.
Where the gaps are
7 platforms draw their prices with JavaScript, so a scrape sees the page but not the numbers: My PT Hub, Coach Catalyst, Hevy Coach, WeStrive, Fitr, Nudge Coach, TrainHeroic. Those are checked by hand and marked as such. They are never reported as accurate just because nothing contradicted them.
4 publish no price at all until you take a demo: AppRabbit, Exercise.com, Bridge Athletic, Volt Athletics. They are listed, never recommended, because a recommendation here quotes a real monthly cost.
On affiliate links
Some outbound links earn a commission. It changes nothing about what is recommended: where two platforms are close the cheaper one wins, and several of the ones recommended here pay nothing at all. Every recommendation also shows a plain link that earns nothing.
